How to Apply

Please submit the following information:

  1. Complete the Graduate Application Form
  2. Three (3) letters of recommendation
  3. Two (2) Official transcripts (Not photocopies) from all colleges and universities attended.
  4. Official GRE Scores (No photocopies)
  5. Extended Paragraph describing long-term professional goals. It should be approximately 300 words and include a statement of future plans, reasons for entering graduate school, and a discussion of the type of graduate research program you envision essential to realize the goals you have outlined.

You are encouraged to initiate correspondence with one or more of our faculty. Such contact can be of importance in promoting your application and provide you with more information about graduate research opportunities.

Deadlines

  • The departmental deadline for Fall 2008 admission is December 15th, 2007. We are no longer accepting applications for spring admission, except under special circumstances.
  • Admission to the graduate program will be made only when all the departmental requirements are met and are on file.
  • The Office of Graduate Studies will send official notice of the admission deadlines.

International Students Only

  1. TOEFL Score - 85 iBT, 565 paper based/225 computer based.
  2. Financial Resource Certification Form.
