We are grateful to our alumni and friends who are able to support School of Biological Sciences. Your generosity allows us to provide an excellent learning environment and conduct important research. You may contribute to an existing fund or establish a new fund for a specific purpose.

Donor funds help our students through scholarships, fellowships, providing for research supplies, traveling to research and educational conferences and study abroad opportunities such as Organization for Tropical Studies. Funds are also needed to support recruiting new students through high school and middle school events.

Cedar Point Biological Station

Cedar Point Biological Station provide a unique, hands-on alternative learning experience. Donor funds support student scholarships and research opportunities. Funds are also needed to maintain buildings and establish a more defined trail system.

Faculty touch lives of young people through the classes they teach and mentoring them through research. Establishing an endowed professorship helps recruit and retain the highest-quality faculty that contribute to student learning and society through their research.

Infrastructure and Facility Improvements

As technologies changes and innovation emerge, we strive to upgrade and expand the student learning experience. Funds are used to purchase equipment and supplies as well as renovate facilities, such as Brace Lab, and new construction to accommodate our growing student body.
