Study Stop

All UNL undergraduate students may utilize Study Stops which offer free tutoring, a quiet place to study, internet access, and more!

  • Hours: 7-10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday.
  • Locations: Gaughan Multicultural Center, Abel/Sandoz Hall, Harper-Schram-Smith Village Dining Center, Eastside Suites, CPN Dining, East Campus Union, and Outdoor Adventure Center Classroom.

Printing services

Print IT Kiosks are pay-per-print services that enables printing from virtually any device, in addition to cloud accounts and USB drives. The closest kiosk is located in the Chemistry Resource Room in Hamilton Hall room 227.

The Pixel Lab (formerly the Instructional Design Center) offers printing services for posters and large format printing, mounting, and lamination. It is located in Henzlik Hall room 123 (1430 Vine St).

Student funding

Undergraduate students may apply for scholarships to help with their tuition. There are also special scholarships to assist with housing costs while taking courses at Cedar Point Biological Station

Graduate students are generally funded through teaching or research assistantships and fellowships. Limited departmental funds are available for research supplies or travel for collection or to a scientific meeting to make a presentation. Funding varies year to year based on availability.
